Barbecue Shrimp
3/4 c Butter
2 Lemons
1/2 c Olive oil
6 Cloves garlic, pressed
3 tb Worcestershire
1/2 ts Cayenne
1 tb Salt (yup!)
1/2 ts Pepper
1 tb Italian seasoning
2 lb Mdm whole shrimp
French bread

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in a lg, shallow baking pan. Add 1 1/2 squeezed lemons, olive oil, garlic, Worcestershire, cayenne, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Let simmer 5 minutes. Wash shrimp (leave shells on) and place in pan, and baste. Bake until shrimp are pink on top, 5-8 minutes.

Turn shrimp, salt and pepper lightly, and bake 10 minutes. Squeeze 1/2 lemon and a few dashes Worcestershire on top and serve with French bread for dipping that great sauce.
