French Grilled Chicken |
1 pkg breasts 2 tablespoon lemon juice 2 tablespoon oil 2 tablespoon mint, fresh, minced 1 teaspoon garlic, minced 1/2 teaspoon thyme 1/4 teaspoon fennel seed 1/4 teaspoon sage 1 each bay leaf 1 salt 1 pepper |
In a shallow bowl combine lemon juice, oil, mint, garlic, thyme, fennel, sage and bay leaf. add chicken breasts and turn to coat well. cover and marinate, refrigerated for at least 2 hours or overnight. grill 6 to 8 inches from heat source for 5 to 10 minutes on each side until cooked through. season with salt and pepper. slice and serve. |
