Indian Chicken With Mint Chutney |
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 4 centiliter garlic, chopped 1 tablespoon grated ginger 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon garam masala or curry paste 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1/2 cup yogurt 1 mint chutney: 6 green onions, finely chopped 1 tablespoon grated ginger 1 teaspoon finely chopped jalapeno pepper 2 teaspoon granulated sugar 1 tablespoon lime juice 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves 1 cup chopped mint leaves 1 cup plain yogurt 1 salt to taste |
Combine garlic, ginger, lemon juice, garam masala, vegetable oil and yogurt. Spread on chicken breasts. Let marinate for 1 hour. |
