Magarita Chicken
4 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 cup tequila
1/2 cup fresh lime juice

Combine chickenm tequila & lime juice in small shallow dish or zip lock bag. Marinte at least 30 min &a up to 2 hours, turning ocassionally. Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat) or preheat broiler. Drain chicken; reserve marinade.

Season chicken with salt & pepper. Grill or broil until just cooked thru, ocassionally basting chicken with some reserved marinade, about 4 min. per side. Boil remaining marinade in small saucepan 1 min. Cut each breast crosswise into thin slices. Garnish with lime slices. Serve, passing marinade. The chicken is also good in tacos with salsa.
