Hawaiian-Style Oranges
1 peeled orange, into segments
2 teaspoons [10 mL] brown sugar
1 pinch cinnamon
1 tablespoon [15 mL] Rum
1/2 teaspoon [2.5 g] butter, into tiny pieces

Preheat barbecue to medium heat. Arrange orange segments onto a square piece al foil.

Sprinkle orange segments with brown sugar and cinnamon, then with Rum; garnish with tiny butter pieces.

Well secure into a bundle; transfer bundle onto hot barbecue rack.
Barbecue for 15 minutes, turning bundle once at half-time.
