1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup olive oil
1 small garlic clove; minced
1 pinch dried oregano; crushed
1/2 teaspoon finely grated lemon peel
1 salt & freshly ground pepper to tas; te

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes about 3/4 cup
