Spicy Southwestern Marinade |
1 cup bloody mary mix 1 juice of 1/2 lemon 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish 1 tablespoon dijon mustard 2 tablespoon mild canned green chiles finely cho; pped 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper |
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes about 1-1/3 cups |
