Spicy Vinegar Marinade |
1 cup red wine vinegar 1 cup water 1 onion; sliced 2 garlic cloves; minced 8 cloves 6 parsley sprigs 2 bay leaves 2 celery ribs w/leaves; chopped 2 juniper berries; crushed 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary 1/2 teaspoon dried basil 1 tablespoon brown sugar |
Combine all ingedients in a bowl. Makes about 3-1/2 cups. |
