1 cup dry white wine 3 large shallots; minced 2 large garlic cloves; minced 2 tablespoon olive oil 2 tablespoon lemon juice 1 1/2 tablespoon dijon mustard 10 peppercorns; crushed |
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes about 1-1/2 cups |
