1 small onion
2 each garlic cloves (minced)
1 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 salt and pepper (to taste)

Marinade chicken pieces (fryer) or pork ribs overnight, then barbeque. I usually make two batches of marinade for pork ribs and chicken together. marinade for BBQ chicken and pork ribs!
