Cowmans's Bbq Sauce
1 cup beef stock
1 cup ketchup
8 oz tomato sauce
1 clove garlic -- minced
1 cup water
1 tablespoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon cloves, ground
1 cup vinegar
1 juice
3 large onion -- diced
1/2 cup brown sugar -- firmly
1 packed
1 tablespoon liquid barbecue smokeae
2 teaspoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 lemon

Mix all of the ingredients together, blending well and simmer at least 1 hour , but longer is better. Serve on roast, ribs, steak or beefburgers. leftovers can be frozen.
