Ginger Marinade
2 each garlic; fresh, chopped clov
1 teaspoon ginger; fresh grated
1 each onion; halved and cut in s
3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon rosemary

Put in dish just big enough to hold the meat. Add a dry red wine until meat is 3/4 covered. Turn often.
