Pitts Secret Basting Sauce
1 cup texas beer
2 tablespoon liquid smoke
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 cup wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon tabasco

Mix all ingredients in a shaker-type bottle. Shake liberally on ribs, chops, etc. while cooking.
