Honey-Mustard Chicken
1 whole chicken breast
2 1/2 tablespoon coarse-grain mustard
4 teaspoon dijon mustard
2 teaspoon honey

Bone chicken breast and pound meat flat. Grill over charcoal or in broiler 2-3 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink. Combine honey and mustards. When chicken is about half done, turn over and brush with sauce. Finish cooking and serve.
