3 lb lamb spare ribs 1 can pineapple,crushed(8oz) 1/4 cup vinegar 1 garlic clive,finely chopped 1/4 cup honey 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1/4 teaspoon ginger |
1. Place spare ribs on a rack in a shallow roasting pan; bake in preheated 325'F. oven 1 1/2 hours.
