3 lb lean beef
2 each onions, chopped
2 tablespoon vinegar
2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 teaspoon red pepper
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 cup catsup
2 cup water
2 each cloves garlic, minced

Place all ingredients in a covered pot and bak 5 hours at 350 degrees. Add more water as necessary. Supposed to serve 8 but serves about half that many at my house.
