Grilled Bourbon Tri-Tip |
4 to 6 pounds tri-tip Marinade: 2 large red onions 1/2 cup fresh rosemary 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves 1/2 cup bourbon 1 tablespoon salt 3/4 cup to 1 cup balsamic vinegar 2 cup tomato juice 6 to 12 garlic cloves 1/2 cup soy sauce |
1. Combine all of the ingredients for the marinade in a food processor fitted with the metal blade.
