Grilled Corned-Beef Sandwiches
8 slices pumpernickel bread
1/2 cup thousand island dressing
4 slices swiss cheese
4 tablespoon drained sauerkraut
1/4 lb cooked or canned corned beef
1 butter or margarine

Spread half of bread slices with dressing. Top each with cheese, sauerkraut, corned beef and bread slice. Butter top and bottom of bread.

Yield: 4 servings
