Javanese Pork Sate
1 lb boneless pork loin
2 tablespoon smooth peanut butter
1/2 cup onion, minced
1 each clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 dash hot pepper sauce (tabasco)
1 tablespoon cooking oil

Cut pork into 1/2" cubes. Blend remaining ingredients together (ablender does this well)

Marinate pork in this mixture for several hours to overnight.

Thread pork on skewers and grill over hot coals for eight to 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until done.

Note: If using bamboo skewers, soak skewers in water for one hour or longer to prevent burning.
