Cranberry Orange Ham Steaks |
1/4 cup frozen cranberry cocktail concentra; te, thawed 1 teaspoon grated orange rind 1 teaspoon dijon mustard 6 cooked ham steaks (about 1 1 1/2 lbs.) |
In small bowl, combine cranberry concentrate, orange rind and mustard; set aside. Note: Ham steaks cost more per pound than a small smoked ham. Buy one of these, then cut it up into 1/2 inch thick steaks. Use any leftover ham for sandwiches, salads or casseroles.
