David's Barbeque Ribs |
4 lb baby back ribs or spareribs 1 sauce 1 cup soy sauce 3/4 cup sugar 1 cup sake or white wine 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger 1 tablespoon minced garlic 1/2 cup ketchup |
Preheat Oven to 300 degrees. Season ribs with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Wrap racks of ribs in double thickness of foil and bake for 1 1/2 hours at
300 degrees.
