Hamburger Stroganoff |
1 1/2 Lb Hamburger Meat 2 Cans cream of mushroom soup 1/4 Tsp salt 1 Carton sour cream -- (8 oz) 1 1/2 Cups chopped onion 1 soup can of milk salt and pepper to taste 1 Tb Worchester sauce 1 Tsp paprika |
Brown hamburger meat or open quart jar and drain. Add onions and cook until tender. Add soup, milk and seasonings. Mix well. Simmer until bubbly and then for 5 minutes more. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream. Serve over cooked egg noodles or sliced baked potatoes. |
