| 1 Pkg Tator Tots (2 Lb Size) 1 Can Cream Of Mushroom Soup 1 Can Cream Of Celery Soup 3 Cups Milk 1 Tsp Garlic Powder 1 Tsp Minced Onions 1 Tsp Salt 1 Tsp Paprika 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper 1 Pinch Cayenne 1 Pound Lean Ground Beef 1 Cup Diced Carrots |

Brown and scramble hamburger meat in a skillet. Add the salt and pepper while cooking the meat. In a large bowl add all the other ingredients excpet for the tator tots. Mix well and then add the hamburger meat and combine thoroughly. Add tator tots and stir. |
