1 lb ground beef
1 lb macaroni noodles
1 med can tomato sauce
1 med can stewed tomatoes
2 stalks chopped celery
1 large chopped onion
1/2 chopped green pepper
1-2 tsp minced garlic

Put 3 tbls oil in pan and heat until hot. Add garlic and celery & cook for a few minutes, then add green pepper & cook for a few minutes, then add onion and cook until almost tender. Add beef and brown.

Drain grease from pan. While browning meat & veggies are browning, cook macaroni(be careful not to overcook). Drain macaroni. Put meat & veggies in pot with tomatoes and tomato sauce, and heat. Add 1 tsp salt & 1/2 tsp pepper(or to taste). When all is heated, add cooked macaroni and stir well. Serve hot.
