Almond Jelly

| Ingredients: |

3 packages unflavored gelatine
3 tablespoons almond extract
2 cups milk
4 teaspoons sugar
1 can fruit cocktail

| Directions: |

Melt the 3 packages gelatine in 5 cups of boiled water. Add 2 tablespoons of the almond extract, sugar, milk, then stir well.
Allow the solution to cool down. Refrigerate it until solidified. Cut it into pieces the size of a cube.
Add fruit cocktail and remaining 1 tablespoon almond extract; mix well and you are ready to serve.
You can add to its sweetness simply by adding more solution of sugar and water.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
