Sweet Coconut Bananas - {Kluay Namuan}

Ingredients:
	6 ripe bananas - (to 8) 2 cups coconut milk 2 tablespoons sugar
Directions:
	Peel and cut each banana into 4 pieces. Simmer coconut milk and sugar until thick and creamy. Add bananas and cook until soft, but not mushy. Serve warm Source
