Barbecued Chicken - {Dak Bulgogi} |
1 whole chicken breast 1 slice fresh ginger -- squeezed through a press 2 garlic cloves -- crushed 1/4 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper 1 teaspoon sesame salt 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 scallion -- sliced thin |
Divide the chicken breast into 4 equal pieces. The 2 thick ends are to be cut almost through and folden open (butterflied). Mix the chicken and all the other ingredients together, rubbing the seasonings into the meat with your fingers. Marinate for at least 1 hour. |
