2 cups shredded cooked chicken -- warmed 1 cup packaged crisp chow mein noodles 1/4 cup thinly-sliced green onions 1/4 cup soy sauce 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil 2 tablespoons rice vinegar 2 tablespoons water 2 teaspoons sugar 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger root 1 small red or green jalapeño pepper -- seeded, and finely chopped - (1 tbspn) 4 cups mixed fresh salad greens |
