Soy Sauce Dip - {Tuong Toi Ot}

Ingredients:
	1/4 cup soy sauce 1 garlic clove -- finely chopped 1 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon freshly-ground white pepper 1 medium red chili -- finely chopped 1 lime -- cut into wedges and squeezed
Directions:
	Combine all ingredients and mix well. Add a squeeze of fresh lime to taste. Source
