Crockpot Cantonese Dinner |
1 1/2 pounds pork steak, 1/2" thick -- cut into strips 2 tablespoons oil 1 large onion -- sliced 1 small green pepper -- cut into strips 1 can mushroom - (4 oz) -- drained 1 can tomato sauce - (8 oz) 3 tablespoons brown sugar 1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce |
Brown pork in oil in skillet. Drain on double paper towel. Place pork strips and all remaining ingredients into crock pot. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours (HIGH 4 hours). Serve over hot fluffy rice. |
