| 1 1/2 pounds beef boneless round steak -- cut into 6 serving-size pieces 1/2 teaspoon pepper-seasoned salt 6 new potatoes - (to 8) -- cut into fourths 1 1/2 cups baby-cut carrots 1 medium onion -- sliced 1 can diced tomatoes with garlic, basil, and oregano - (14 1/2 oz), undrained 1 jar home-style beef gravy - (12 oz) Chopped fresh parsley -- if desired |
