| Ingredients: |

2 pounds London broil
1 cup chopped onion
1 can chopped green chilies - (4 oz)
1 package dry Taco Mix
1 can refried beans
1 cup chopped tomato
Monterey Jack cheese -- shredded
Sour cream
Flour tortillas

| Directions: |

Remove fat from meat and rub all sides with Taco seasoning. Place in crockpot sprayed with Pam. Add onion and chilies on top. Cook on LOW for 9 hours or HIGH for 5 hours. Serve on hot tortillas. Spread 2 tablespoons of beans in center of tortilla. Add 1/2 cup meat mixture. Top with some cheese, tomato and sour cream. Fold appropriately.
