2 pounds lean hamburger
2 cups corn chips -- coarsely crushed
2/3 cup taco sauce
4 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
2 eggs -- lightly beaten
1 cup grated Mexican-blend cheese

Mix all ingredients together and shape into a loaf. Place in a crockpot. Cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours, or can be baked in your oven at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
