1 round steak -- cut in strips
2 tablespoons flour
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can stewed or sliced tomatoes
Salt -- to taste
Freshly-ground black pepper -- to taste

Lay strips in the bottom of the crockpot. Sprinkle flour over the meat and add soup and tomatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours.
