Rhubarb Bake |
1 3/4 cup cut-up fresh rhubarb 3/4 cup sugar 1 cinnamon stick 2 whole cloves 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel 1/4 cup butter or margarine 1/3 cup flour 1/3 cup sugar |
Cut rhubarb into small pieces. Combine rhubarb with 3/4 cup sugar, cinnamon, cloves and lemon peel in cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours. |
