Chile Cheese Corn Muffins |
| 1/3 cup LAND O LAKES® Fat Free Sour Cream or light sour cream 1 egg 1 8 1/2-ounce package corn muffin mix 1 4-ounce can chopped green chilies 2 ounces deli Alpine Lace® Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese -- shredded (1/2 cup) |

Heat oven to 400°. Combine all ingredients except cheese in medium bowl; stir just until moistened. Gently stir in cheese. Spoon into paper-lined muffin pan. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes or until lightly browned. |
