Chocolate Cheesecake Muffins |
1 3/4 cups original bisquick 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 cup plain yogurt 1/2 cup milk 1 tablespoon poppy seed 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel 1 egg 1/2 cup fresh or frozen (thawed) cranberries |
Heat oven to 400°. Line 12 medium muffin cups, 2 1/2x1 1/4 inches, with paper baking cups, or grease bottoms only of muffin cups. Stir all ingredients except cranberries just until moistened. Stir in cranberries. Fill muffin cups about 3/4 full. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes; remove from pan.12 muffins |
