Merry Ginger Muffins |
2 cups Merry Ginger Muffin Mix -- (see recipe) 2/3 cup water 1/3 cup oil 1 egg -- slightly beaten |
Heat oven to 400°F. Line 12 muffin cups with paper baking cups. In medium bowl, combine muffin mix, water, oil and egg; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. DO NOT OVERMIX. Divide batter evenly into paper-lined cups. Bake at 400°F. for 15 to 17 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Immediately remove from pan. Serve warm. 12 muffin |
