Orangy White-Chocolate Muffins
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon finely shredded orange peel
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice
1/3 cup butter -- melted
1/2 cup white baking pieces

Grease twelve 2 1/2-inch muffin cups or line with paper bake cups. In a medium bowl, stir together flour, sugar, orange peel, baking powder, soda, and salt; make a well in the center. Combine eggs, yogurt, orange juice, and melted butter.

Add all at once to flour mixture. Stir just until moistened (batter will be lumpy). Stir in the white baking pieces. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups, filling each almost full. Bake in a 400°F oven 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan on rack 5 minutes. Serve warm.
