Chocolate glaze

1 package (4 oz.) sweet cooking chocolate
1 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoons water
1 cup 10X (confectioner's powdered) sugar
A dash salt
1 teaspoon vanilla

Break up 1 package sweet cooking chocolate; heat with butter and water over moderate heat, stirring until melted. Off heat, beat in 1 cup 10X sugar, a dash of salt and vanilla.

Makes 1/2 cup.
