Sourdough Biscuits |
2 Pkgs dry yeast |
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add all ingredient except for flour into a large bowl. Add flour. I use the bread hooks on my mixer at this point. My wrists are just not strong. Knead well with bread hooks. If dough is too sticky add flour 2 TBS at a time after each addition knead 1 minute before adding more flour.
