Choco-banana flip
3/4 cup instant nonfat dry milk
3 cups ice water
1 can (about 5 ounces) chocolate flavor syrup
2 medium-size ripe bananas
1/2 pint vanilla ice cream

Combine dry milk and ice water in an electric-blender container; cover. Beat until smooth. Add chocolate syrup; beat until blended. Peel bananas and slice; add to chocolate mixture with ice cream; beat until smooth.

Pour into tall glasses. (If you do not have a blender, mash bananas well; combine with other ingredients in a bowl and beat with an elecric beater until well blended.)
