1 can (about 8 ounces) fruit cocktail
1/2 cup bottled grenadine syrup
1 pint (2 cups) strawberry ice cream
2 cups milk

Combine all ingredients in an electric-blender container; cover; beat until creamy-smooth. (Or combine all ingredients in a bowl and beat with an electric beater.) Pour into tall glasses.
