Quick Viennese mocha |
1/4 cup cream for whipping 1 tablespoon sugar 6 cups milk 4 tablespoons instant cocoa mix 2 tablespoons instant coffee powder 6 long cinnamon sticks |
Beat cream with sugar until stiff in a small bowl. Heat milk just to scalding in a large saucepan; stir in cocoa mix and coffee until dissolved. Pour into large cups or mugs; top each with a spoonful of whipped cream. Add a cinnamon stick for a strirrer, or sprinkle cream with ground cinnamon, if you wish. Serve hot. |
