Stuffed eggs
Hard-cook 12 eggs; shell. Cut each in half lengthwise; scoop out yolks into a medium-size bowl; mash well. Stir in 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing and 1 tablespoon prepared mustard. Pile back into whites. Top each with red caviar (from a 4-ounce jar).
