Cheese Toast

Ingredients:
	1 Loaf French Bread 2 Cups Cheddar- Jack cheese mix Italian spices Butter
Directions:
	Slice French Bread lengthwise spread each side lightly with butter place on baking sheet. Sprinkle 2 tsps of Italian seasoning on each bread piece. Cover each bread piece with 1 cup cheese. Bake in a pre-heated 400* ove 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Slice into 1 or 2 inch wedges and serve with vegetable soup.
