Herb Potatoes |
2 Quarts potatoes boiled for 10 minutes & drained 1/2 Stick melted butter (or 4 tbs olive oil) 1/4 Tsp sweet basil 1/4 black pepper Tsp salt 1/2 Tsp garlic powder 1/2 Tsp onion powder 1/4 Tsp oregano 1/8 Tsp ground rosemary |
Coat potatoes in melted butter or oil sprinkle spices on potatoes stir till all coated. Pour into casserole and heat at 350 degrees till potatoes start turning color. Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese on to taste return to ove and heat till cheese start to turn color. |
