Caribbean Fish Chowder |
1/4 lb small shrimp 1/2 lb fish filets 1/4 lb clams 3 cup fish stock 1 cup clam juice 1/2 cup burgundy wine 1 tablespoon corn oil 3 cloves garlic, crushed 3 stalks celery, diced 1 potato, peeled & diced 1/3 cup stewed, chopped tomatos 1 green bell pepper, diced 1/2 teaspoon basil 1/2 teaspoon oregano 2 bay leaves 1 teaspoon paprika 1/2 teaspoon celery seed 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard 1/2 teaspoon dried cilantro Salt & pepper to taste |
