Pork Souvlaki |
1 x pork tenderloin, cubed in to 1 inch pieces Marinade 1/2 cup olive oil (125ml) 1 tsp lemon pepper 2 tbsp lemon juice 2 tbsp fresh oregano 2 tbsp garlic, crushed 6 x wooden skewers |
Soak wooden skewers for 1 hour. Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Place cubed lamb in a sealable plastic bag. Pour marinade over pork. Seal bag and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight. Thread pork cubes onto soaked wooden skewers. |
