Almost Sausage Patties |
1 lb Pork, lean, ground 1 ts Garlic, minced 3/4 ts Thyme, dried, crumbled 3/4 ts Fennel seeds 1/2 ts Salt Vegetable cooking spray |
In a bowl, combine pork, garlic, herbes and salt; mix until just combined. Cover, refrigerate up to 24 hours. Shape mixture into 4 equal patties. Coat skillet with vegetable cooking spray. Place skillet over moderate heat until it is hot. Add patties to skillet. Cook about 7 minutes on each side or until browned. |
